What happens after the initial consultation
Consultation / Out-of-Court Assistance
If the client wishes to further explore complex cases that require the examination of extensive documentation or a detailed, not just preliminary, analysis to provide a final opinion (including written), or wishes to proceed with a formal notice.
It is essential that the client completes our privacy and anti-money laundering form, which will be sent by email, and provides all documentation related to their case.
Documentation can be sent by email, via online transfer, or delivered in person during office hours by leaving it in the external mailbox of the building.
At the end of the appointment, the necessary evaluation elements and appropriate recommendations will be provided to enable informed actions, following a thoughtful assessment of risks and benefits, offering comprehensive information accompanied by both caution and encouragement.
Assisted Negotiation / Mediation
These are alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms, mandatory before initiating litigation. The client will be informed to decide how to proceed.
JUDICIAL
In some cases, the client may initiate proceedings without prior assisted negotiation or mediation (for example, in urgent situations) and will be informed accordingly. Otherwise, proceedings can be initiated only after completing the mandatory prior phase.
